Surveying submissions and enquiries

Surveyors can use this online form to:

• submit copies of survey plans, survey records, Forms 6 or PSM maintenance forms
• request PSM sketches or numbers
• request new or replacement survey plan barcode images (first, contact CadastralAdminDataHelp@resources.qld.gov.au to register your name and email address)
• report discrepancies between titles and DCDB
• report incorrect or missing plan linkages for CISP
• request department case files and related historical documents
• make a surveying or GNSS enquiry.

You should expect a response within 10 business days for routine enquiries. Response times may be longer for more complex enquiries or during busy periods.
