Access financial assistance

Emergency fodder support

Eligible primary producers will also be able to access emergency fodder support.

This support is designed to assist landholders/lessees who:

  • have had 30% or more of their grazing area affected by the disaster event or who have livestock that is isolated from farm feed sources including pasture or stored fodder
  • are unable to source or supply fodder themselves or have no farm feed sources including pasture or stored fodder
  • have made genuine attempts to source their own fodder.

Eligible producers should contact their local government to discuss arrangements for emergency fodder support.

Inspect and repair flood-damaged machinery
