Search QFish to access free data on commercial fishing operations and the Shark Control Program.

What this covers

QFish covers data from commercial and charter fishers operating in Queensland's state-managed fisheries who use daily logbooks to record their catch, and where, when and how they fished.

To ensure the activities of individual fishers remain confidential, we only provide aggregated information where five or more boats were in operation.

QFish also provides catch data for the Shark Control Program, which includes shark and non-target species.
