Before you apply to conduct an activity over Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service-managed land, use this form to seek pre-lodgement advice from the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI). You can ask us about permits and other requirements that apply to your proposed activity.

You may only need to submit a notification—and not apply for a permit—if your activity is 1 of the following:

• small-scale filming and photography (less than 11 people and no structures)
• a non-commercial group event (organised event).
