We recommended you use the following templates and ensure relevant invoices are ready for uploading.

Final report

• Final report template – CEI round 9 (DOCX, 48KB)

Payment report

• Payment claim template – CEI round 9 (XLSX, 44KB).
• Invoices – copies of relevant, itemised, paid invoices for all claimable expenses must be uploaded to the online form. Your final tax invoice is not required until requested by the CEI team.

Data

The correct template must be used and be in line with the practice direction (if applicable).
