You must notify us before you construct, commission or operate a licensed petroleum pipeline. You must also submit an annual report for the petroleum pipeline and for any other licensed petroleum facility.

Note: Executive safety managers and operators of operating plant must also lodge a range of safety notices before operating plant is commissioned or decommissioned.
