Register of national community housing providers

The national provider register holds the details of all community housing providers registered under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH).

NRSCH regulation is divided into 3 parts or 'tiers', reflecting the different nature, scale and scope of providers' operations. Each tier has a different level of regulatory oversight and engagement.

Registration in a particular tier is determined by an organisation's level of risk due to the scale and scope of its activities.

The registrars for each participating jurisdiction jointly manage the register. In Queensland, Karl Frank is the Primary Registrar.
